  • Expertly managing pastry section, ensuring top-quality desserts and presentation.
  • Creating new dessert both à la carte and for breakfast.
  • Collaborating with Executive Chef and team, delivering exceptional dining experiences.
  • Assisting in menu innovation and development, while maintaining concept alignment.
  • Mentoring, training and inspiring junior staff, fostering growth and creativity.
  • Setting gold standards in health, safety, and hygiene (HACCP).

  • 2+ years' high-level hospitality experience.
  • Ability in motivating pastry staff effectively.
