You will ensure that the engineering and maintenance operations within the hotel, including general property maintenance, are working properly and accordingly to the hotels operating standards.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Promptly addressing inquiries across departments.
  • Executing maintenance and repair tasks (plumbing, electrical, painting, A/C) while prioritizing safety through proper PPE usage.
  • Collaborating with Housekeeping to efficiently prioritize maintenance assignments.
  • Implementing planned preventive maintenance programs, aligning with property needs.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with external contractors.
  • Adhering to Safety regulations, especially in storing hazardous substances.

  • Proficient electrician skills and technical qualifications.
