Key Account Manager - Roma

Join Starhotels and become part of our Sales Team in Rome.
As an Key Account Manager, you are passionate about creating and executing the sales strategy by developing successful long-term relationships with the our key clients.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Managing and developing the key accounts  portfolio.
  • Exhibiting your impeccable knowledge of hotel industry  by proactively identifying, handling and developing MICE, Business Travel, Leisure and Airlines operators sales relationships.
  • Assisting the business in leading all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term and value-based customer relationships to meet the set expectations.
  • Supporting the Event Departments by identifying and securing possible sales opportunities.
  • Assuring proper after-sales follow-up with customers to obtain supportive feedback on service and product delivery in order to identify and address possible areas of improvement.
  • Supporting our properties in all sales activities and projects.
  • Coordinating with the Head Office sales team and with the other hotels’ sales teams.
Exceed expectations revealing:
  • A minimum of 5 years experiences in a Sales Manager role
  • A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
  • An exceptional ability to inspire people with our concept.
  • Great knowledge of the MICE market
  • Successful experience in the Airlines, Entertainment, Sport and Event market is a strong plus
  • Unbeatable negotiations skills
  • Proactive mind-set and positive thinking.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Versatility in handling various work scenarios
  • Ability to work under pressure and to easily  identify priorities
