As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to make exquisite culinary creations.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create and execute innovative and top-quality dishes.
  • Assist in day-to-day running of the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
  • Monitor and maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
  • Mentoring, training and inspiring junior staff, fostering growth and creativity.
Exceed expectations revealing:
  • A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality and culinary.
  • 2+ years' high-level hospitality experience.
  • Ability to contribute with innovative ideas to menu development
  • Capacity to excel in fast-paced, dynamic kitchens.
