|Are you ready to be our next STAR? We have a great leadership opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager to join our family at our Corporate Head Office in Florence.
As Digital Marketing Manager you will be will be responsible for the planning and execution of the Digital Marketing strategies of our Group, reporting to the Group Marketing Director, with main focus on maximizing the revenue of the Starhotels direct channels through the optimization of all digital tools across the customer journey.
You will be in charge for the Web Marketing budget allocation and monitoring, coordinating external agencies for projects development and Digital Media spending with multi-channel and ROI driven approach including: SEO/ SEM, Programmatic, Display, Video platforms, Social Media re-targeting, Meta search, Email Marketing campaigns.
Working together with the Brand Marketing Dept. you will also play a significant role in maximizing our Brands presence online, driving an increase in Brand awareness, reputation, engagement and loyalty.
You will also lead the resources dedicated to CRM & Loyalty strategic and tactical activities including: Marketing automation, Email Marketing Plan, Database acquisition/segmentation/engagement, further development of Loyalty program (I Am Star) and related membership growth, productivity and revenue generation increase.
As a Digital Marketing Manager at our Corporate Head Office, you will be expected to have the following characteristics:
- At least 5 year experience developed in a similar Digital Marketing Management role
- Previous experience in Travel & Hospitality or Luxury will be a plus
- Excellent knowledge of the Digital Marketing tools including: SEO/SEM, Programmatic, Re-targeting, Referral, Affiliation, Display, CRM, Email Marketing, Loyalty program management, Social Media, Content management and related analysis/KPI tracking tools
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
- Leadership and Team Management skills
- Proven outstanding project management experience
- Creative and innovation driven mindset
- Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory
